RJ and I went hiking down by the river tonight. We did some night photography, found a geocache, got attacked by a bat, centipede and a bunch of spiders, froze our faces and fingers off and talked a lot.

We went down by the river today to take some family pictures of my sister Brittney's family. Porter is now one and a half years old and such a little man. He has crazy amounts of energy and is always into everything. But he is so good and happy and I love love love to be around him. 

Kissing in Rain

Lori and Kurt are celebrating their 3 year anniversary and wanted couples pictures. More specifically they wanted pictures in the rain. Even more specifically Lori wanted pictures in the rain. Kurt would have rather been inside the house doing anything other than getting his picture taken. But Kurt loves Lori and so the following photo shoot happened. 

It was freezing cold but Lori and Kurt were amazing and did whatever I told them to do. Take off their shoes, lay in the wet grass, sit in the mud, splash in the puddles, anything. Oh, they even let me spray them with the garden hose when the rain stopped.

Today I took Lori and Kurt out to take some pictures of them in the rain for their anniversary, which is actually tomorrow though. I will post some of those later. But I got a chance to take my self portrait while we were out.
