#26 of 365: Goofy Girls
Desirae surprised me by showing up at my house after I got off work. We just laid on my bed and talked and laughed for a couple hours. I've missed hanging out with her.
Bocce Night To Remember
I already said, in a previous post, that some friends and I went to play bocce at Campo di Bocce in Livermore. I've played there before and fell in love with the game.
Campo di Bocce is gorgeous! Everyone must go there! Come visit me and I'll take you. Brittney, Job and I already made plans to go at Christmastime.

Tamara giving bocce a try.

Jenny and Tamara comparing whose ball is closer to the palino.
Rob measuring which ball is closest to the palino.
Look how close Jenny got! It was her first time playing but she kicked everyone's butt! She said it was because of the couple YouTube videos she watched.
Rob's cousin Bryan's band was playing at a bar in Hayward so we went and got there for the last couple songs. They're pretty good.
Me and Tamara.
Tamara's adorable best friends Jenny and Andrea.
We then went to an awesome karaoke place and hung out in the VIP room for a couple hours. My voice was getting hoarse but I just kept singing, with and without the microphone.

#23 of 365: Mile Marker 203
After work on Saturday I drove down to LA to visit Brittney, Job and Porter. It was such a long trip after only sleeping for a few hours the night before. I took frequent stops to stay alert. Self portrait photography was a good excuse to stop. I took a random exit and pretended to look lost on the side of the road for the photo. The map I'm looking at is of Lake Tahoe.

#22 of 365: Bocce
Rob and I have been talking about playing bocce ball for months now and finally got a group together to go. We played at Campo di Bocce in Livermore. It is THE cutest place EVER! Tamara reserved us an outdoor court and the weather was perfect. I'm in love with bocce ball!!!

#21 of 365: C is for Cookie
BJ's restaurant has the best avocado egg rolls and Tamara and I were totally craving them. She had a recipe to make them and we were going to after work but after reading the long list of ingredients we decided that we would rather just buy them already made for us. We were starving when we finally got to the restaurant, and ordered way too much food! But a requirement for eating at BJ's is that you get a pizookie for dessert. The only flavor that matters is peanut butter. All the others pale in comparison.

#19 of 365: Screen Shot
Since I'm so busy I almost exclusively watch television on the internet. I have a couple different websites that I love to find my favorite T.V. shows on. SideReel, Fancast, Hulu, etc. Tonight I had to watch The Bachelorette finale before Lori got pissed at me and told me who Jillian picked anyway. I'm not going to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet though.

#17 of 365: Going Elsewhere
On the way home from Idaho I spent some of the time sleeping, some of the time making jewelry, some of the time driving, some of the time gazing out the window, some of the time eating chocolate, some of the time reading and some of the time listening to music. Here the sun is setting over the Sierra Nevadas while I read "Elsewhere" by Gabrielle Zavin.
